Property
The front door is situated under the archway by the Kingswear Post Office, which also leads to the South West Coastal Path, Kittery Quay and the Royal Dart Yacht Club. From the front door you enter into the hallway with utility room to the left.

Off to the left, consisting of storage units; coat hooks, shoe rack, sink drying rail, and washing machine.
Garage
Access to the garage from both internal utility door and also external doors for bike/canoe storage. Go up first set of stairs - entrance to the terrace.
South facing sun terrace
For alfresco dining with table and seating for 6 with sun parasol and two sun beds. Continue two more steps onto first floor landing with access to dining room, living room, kitchen and cloakroom.

Has high ceilings; ceiling roses; along with a table and 6 chairs and a window seat overlooking the River as well as bookshelves containing books and local guides available for use.
